Wholey Cow.. what a week this has been. Boy have I missed everyone! I think the stars just went back into crafty alignment.

Now it's time for this weeks TGIF Giveaway! Fortunately I made up a few things last weekend just in case I got to Friday and had no time to make anything.. I am glad I thought ahead cause here it is Friday and I have not had a second to think straight all week. I like my boss.. really I do. I just don't like the corporate tornado he brings with him.
I saw these GREEN glass beads a few months ago and fell in love. They reminded me of giant chiclets (only with a really futuristic shiny sheen on them) - ohhh...alien chiclets.. spooky. They are pretty simple all things considered, but the simplicity of their shape paired with the fabulous green color screamed "don't pair me with anything OR ELSE".. they got a tad snippy so I just left them all by their lonesomes.
Nextly..I got these ORANGE lovelies at my favorite bead store's open house earlier this year (it's basically an event where the owner goes all-out-mad-bead-shopping at some gigantic bead show in Arizona and comes back with the mother-load-of-all-bead-purchases)! She turns it into an event and invites her favorite customer (that would be me of course) and several hundred other "friends"...humph. I got an entire strand of these puppies and have pretty much been drooling over them since. I decided it was time to cut into the strand and make something! So here they are. Dreamy orange carnelian wrap drop earrings. Totally orange. Totally Cool.
