I have been debating this deep philosophical question all morning. I decided to Google it (no I am not going to make 'Google' a link - if you do not know what that means - get a shovel and dig yourself out of that deep black hole you are living in). I found a hysterical (long) thread on this very topic on one of my fav scrappy sites - Two Peas in a Bucket. You can read the thread HERE. Evidently they too ponder such things.
I am going to go with HOOT..I liked whoo and hoo and woo too, but I think 'HOOT" is the best approach here. What do you think?
So I finally made some Owl tards. If you are hitting this and know nothing about me - you are probably thinking to yourself.. "ok.. this genius misspelled cards.." ummm..read THIS post and then it will become perfectly clear that you were right on one of those two thoughts. No I am not a genius and yes I misspelled cards - but with a crafty purpose in mind - so it's allowed!
So quick story (snort) and then I'll give you the cards (you gotta suffer a little with me first). This owl card pic is the last one I took with my camera before my lens decided to separate itself from the camera and take that long lens journey to the place lenses go to die. I was forced to order a new lens (it was painful in the pocketbook - but I did it anyway).
So how did this come to pass you may be asking yourself (and if you are not go ahead and skip to the next paragraph). I decided to set my light box up in the bathroom (so maybe I am a genius after all). I had a perfect space for it in the craft room but decided that the guest bathroom was going to waste (no pun intended - I swears). Somehow it got caught on a drawer handle and went crashing to the floor. It was not a slow motion kind of thing (like you always hear people talking about). It was in my hand one minute (not - I repeat NOT strapped around my neck like a good little photographer) and the next split millisecond it was in two pieces on the floor with these cute little plastic circle things laying all around it like little bodies. RonChops called to me ever so lovingly from the kitchen.. "ummmm...that did not sound good. Was that what I think it was???" He had to repeat himself because somewhere in there someone yelled a rather loud expletive (I think it was DogChops...but I cannot be sure). My new lens gets here today (I hope). If does not - you are going to have to put up with some dog pictures or maybe some shots of my yard. I dunno. There is a tremor in the crafty force-a-brewing. Spooky!
So without further delay...Owl Tards (PDF format). Make sure you read this post HERE so you get some nifty tips on how to cut them out and this post HERE on how to make them into cards!
