Hi everyone.. I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving! Thanks so much for all of the well wishes!! Ron and I had a wonderful day with my folks..we ate a ton of really fantastic food and had an all around good time! I decided to take a few days off to get some rest in and to get ready to go back to work.. can you believe 3 weeks have already passed!?
Today I think we have the perfect after Thanksgiving recipe. It's light and fruity and oh so creamy...My guest today is Damaris from Within the Corners of My Kitchen. Let's get started with the interview!

Damaris :: Heavy cream
L. Chops :: What leftovers do you have lurking in your fridge right now?
Damaris :: 2 lbs of caramelized onions.

Damaris :: Eggplants and lots of olives
L. Chops :: What recipe do you cook best (the one you are known for or that all your friends always want you to make)?

Damaris :: My grandmother's lime dressing. It's delicious and made 100% with love
L. Chops :: What's your favorite ice cream flavor?
Damaris :: I don't eat ice cream (except when I do) because I'm lactose intolerant. (Yes Heavy cream is my favorite ingredient, yes I feel sick a lot, yes I know it's dumb). So my favorite is strawberry frozen yogurt.

L. Chops :: What do you use to clean your dishes. Plain sponge, sponge with scrubber attached to one side, scrubber handle thing with soap refill, scrubber knob thing w/wo soap refill, kitchen towel, etc…

L. Chops :: If a recipe calls for vanilla – do you let the vanilla spill over the measuring spoon a little or a lot (or do you just double it like I do)?
Damaris :: Spill.
L. Chops :: Favorite spice or spice blend?
Damaris :: Rosemary with butter and garlic
Thanks Damaris! On to the recipe!
Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
1 cup of strawberry puree
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
juice of 2 lemons
2 cups plain yogurt
In a food processor puree the strawberries. Once you have about 1 cup of puree add the can of sweetened condensed milk and mix on high for 30 seconds.
Add the lemon juice and mix until it is incorporated into the mixture.
Add the yogurt and again mix for 30 seconds.
Put the mixture in your ice cream maker and follow the directions of the manufacturer.
Totally easy. Totally good!
Thanks again Damaris!

I hope everyone has a terrific Sunday!
P.S. I have a totally teeny tiny cute surprise for everyone Monday. I can hardly wait to show you! The cuteness factor is off the scales (your computer might ooze cute.. so be ready)! I'll just give you one mini hint.. they are 3 inches tall and a little round in the bottom. Any guesses???
P.S.S.T. I put together an all in one page of ALL of the Download and Print offerins' from my site. I have it listed in the right nav way up at the top under "In Summary..." This way you can find all of my download and print stuff in one place (no more searching through 85 million posts to find what you are looking for). I am going to work on a Cobbler summary and a Brownies in a Jar summary today (so the directions for those fellas are all in one place as well. Keep your eyes peeled. I have lots of neat enhancements coming soon! You can get to the new all in one page HERE!
