I have a confession...RonChops gave me one of my Christmas presents early (actually this is the second one I have gotten early.. I am spoiled rotten...I know)...and no it was not 5 golden rings (but how cool would that have been with the theme this week and all). I actually got the Slice and basically played around with it all night long like a bad Lolly and only did one measly pattern for you guys.. BUT.. I have pear fabric pics AND I have a giveaway. hehehe..MUHAHAHA...!

So I have another confession (maybe I should rename this post to "confessions from a lazy potato Lolly")??? I was so busy ohhh and ahhhing over my new toy that I forgot to go outside after work and take pics of the pear fabric.. so here all you will get are the poopy pics. Sorry you guys. I swears I will get out there and take some nice freezing cold cloudy pics real soon (p.s. I have an ear ache so I did not need to be out there anyways right???)..

So there you have them.. in all their tiny pear glory (with horrible poopy pics to boot).. I think I'll leave these fellas alone and make another set of files with slightly larger pears.. the tiny pears are cute and all but I think they might need to be a tad bigger.
So what's this talk about a giveaway Lolly...?
I am not much of a sewer.. but I know that loads of you gals out there are! So...I am going to give each of these fat quarters to 3 lucky gals (dudes can apply too but I am not sure how many dudes we have out there). There is just one small catch. You have to make something and email me ultra fabulous pics of your ware(s) by Jan 15, 2009 (you of course get to keep what you make). I am going to post the pics of what you made for all the world to see on Jan 16! Does that sound exciting????? Heck I am excited. I hope you guys are too! If you cannot sew but want to enter anyway and give your piece of fabric to someone you know who can sew.. by all means.. feel free.
So how do you enter? All you have to do is leave me a comment telling me a few ideas of what you might make.. and remember.. these are only fat quarters (18x22 inches) (we are not talking yards of fabric here). I need your first and second fabric choice (for example.. tarts and gumbo)..with your project ideas... and then RonChops and I are going to pick the winners based on the projects that are submitted. You have until this Saturday night (12/20/08) 10CST to enter - so think on it some if you need to ok.
