Thanks so much for all of your lovely comments last week! I had fun reading about your faves from the show and the marvel that is CHA! I am telling you... being there is like sitting down in front of your very most favorite meal and not being able to take a bite... for 4 solid days. I came back ready to get my craft on (and slightly hungry...)! hehe
Speaking of crafts!
Two weeks ago I shared a little peep of a shadow box project I did for a Prima class I taught at CHA! I thought it would be fun to create a QUICK little video so you could learn how to make the nests and eggs too!
Big news (but first... a little back story to the big news)!
About 8 months ago I was lamenting to RonChops about how cool it would be to have some of my most frequently used craft accessories in teal.
I was using a distress ink applicator at the time and he basically said... "we can make those for you with a teal handle... would that be teal enough?"
ummmm... was he for reals!?!?!?!?!?!
(when RonChops says stuff like this I usually just stare at him with total and utter adoration...)
I seriously loves me some RonChops...
Introducing The RonChops Blending Buddy!
RonChops got to work and over the next several months we tested out various prototypes! You might have seen me using them in some of my videos hither and yon.
Where to buy your very own Blending Buddy...???
...on Etsy of course!
You can get a set of 6 HERE ($22 + shipping)!
(you can mix and match whatever colors you choose... I am partial to BOTH colors of teal myself)
You can get individual ones HERE ($4.00 + shipping)!
We are both pretty excited about this! He's already got the first orders from over the weekend packed up and ready to ship! Yippee!
I'll be back next week with more peeps of the "cake" project I made for the Crate Paper booth at CHA! I created a little video tutorial on how I made that paper ruffle along the bottom! It's so easy you won't even believe it (so I'll be sharing that as well)!
Thanks for dropping by you guys! I hope you have a fabulous week!
P.S. In case you missed it, I posted a MEGA CHA wrap-up post this past Saturday! You can see it HERE!
