Hi everyone! I was away most of last week teaching at Donna Downey's Inspired workshop (I had a blast)!
I thought it would be fun to share some of the projects the girls in my classes made... but all I can say is brace yourselves... there is a LOT to share and you will not even believe some of the amazing things these girls did using the exact same supplies (with slight additions here and there)!!!
The inspiration piece I made for the class was a canvas covered with burlap, jute and felt leaves shaped into a little tree shape! I love working with jute and thought that it might be fun for the girls to get a chance to play with it too!
I taught 6 - 4 hour classes over the course of 3 days (it was an awesome whirlwind of teaching)!
Little side note: I just got back yesterday + it's Ron's birthday so I did not get a chance to really process these photos as much as I would have liked!!! I just had to get them posted though cause I am sooo excited about what everyone made!
Let's get started!!!
Below are some of the projects and random pictures from the classes... I did not get a chance to take photos of everyone's projects so if you were there and want to send me your finished project photos, I'll post them here too!

Seeing the girls take one simple idea and then turning it into so many astoundingly different projects... well it honestly felt like I was watching magic happen over and over again!
The welcome I received was warm and friendly and the folks talking classes, vendors and other instructors were some of the nicest folks around! I feel truly lucky to have been a part of such an amazing workshop (thanks Donna and Bill)!!!
